European Domain Names
Those who read our blog regularly know that Host Color encourages its customers from EU countries to use either .EU or their own national domain extensions for their website addresses. Why?
The first good reason to use your national domain extension is that you should be able to get a web address which is not available under .COM/.NET/.ORG top-level domains. The best reason however is that if you get any web address that includes important keywords, which describe your business field of activity, and if it was registered under the national domain extension, you’d get a top rank in any local search engines, including the local Google index.
